Description
ALSAN FLASHING JARDIN is a single-component, ready-to-use bitumen polyurethane resin used for waterproofing upstands and roof details, especially on heat-sensitive surfaces such as wood and hard PVC.
It is root and rhizome resistant, UV and alkali resistant, and can be applied to metallic, bituminous, and mineral surfaces.
The resin forms highly flexible, flame-free junctions and seals, making it ideal for complex areas on green or landscaped roofs.
It is tested according to the FLL root resistance method, meets the standards of DIN 18195 and DIN 18531, and complies with EAD 030155-00-0402.
Used as part of a complete SOPREMA system, it ensures durable and certified waterproofing.
