On 23 October, SOPREMA won a bronze award on the BtoB Press & Communication Awards in the category “Best Use of Event”. The experts in waterproofing and insulation and digital partner Only Humans received the award on the press ceremony in Brussels yesterday evening besides other famous nominees as Proximus, SBS Belgium and Telenet.

The professional jury complimented SOPREMA for its remarkable recruitment campaign. Furthermore, the company made a statement in the construction industry. SOPREMA selected this fresh campaign to attract the right technical profiles. “To reinforce our market leading position, we are building a new sustainable insulation plant and distribution center in the city of Tongeren (Belgium)” explains Leo Hoekstra, CEO SOPREMA North-Europe. “We are known in the market for being different. Job interview on 50 meter height
Last summer the company launched the recruitment campaign with an eye-catching event: a live job day on 50 meter height in the historical city center of Tongeren. Candidates, colleagues and recruiters did a job interview in a building crane high in the sky.
